Carol Ramos has worked in the Mental Health field for over a decade in the role of Intake Coordinator. She is very aware of how difficult it can be to make the first call to seek help. Carol’s goal is to always ensure that clients feel supported while she guides them through the intake process. You will enjoy her warm Irish accent as she speaks with you.

Carol is working towards her CADC license. She is also certified to work at a local Domestic Violence Shelter. She recently passed the test to become an American citizen. In her spare time, Carol loves to travel, is an avid movie-goer, and fosters animals from a local Shelter.
