Meet The Specialists

Rodney Franklin earned his Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology and Business Administration from Marian University in Fond du Lac, Wisconsin. He spent close to eight years building a career in technical support and white-glove help desk service, steadily working his way into team lead and trainer roles along the way. That foundation carried him into a System Administrator position, where he managed networks and Microsoft 365 environments across 12 locations in 7 states — rounding out roughly 12 years of hands-on IT experience.

Rodney brings a well-rounded technical background to every project — from systems integration and security to provisioning and efficiency — but what really drives him is collaboration. He’s at his best working alongside a team toward a shared goal, and that mindset shapes how he approaches every role he steps into.

At Susan Myket Ph.D & Associates, Rodney is excited to put that same energy toward connecting with the community, using his technical know-how to grow the practice’s social media presence and online reach. Outside of work, he’s usually spending time with family and friends, reading, writing, and content creation — where he gets to combine his love of storytelling with the same curiosity that drives his work in tech.
