Joni Mikesell earned her Bachelor’s degree from Western Illinois University and her Master’s degree from Midwestern University. She is currently pursuing her Doctoral degree in Clinical Psychology from Midwestern.

Joni has experience serving a broad range of clinical populations, from mood disorders, neurodevelopmental disorders, and obsessive compulsive disorders, to substance use disorders and incarcerated individuals.

Joni views psychological and neuropsychological testing as a cornerstone for holistic mental health treatment and finds it incredibly fulfilling to seek accurate diagnoses to inform the care of her clients. As an administrative member of the Assessment Clinic at Myket and Associates, Joni is dedicated to making every step of the testing process feel warm and comfortable for clients and families.

Outside of the practice, you can find Joni working on her dissertation, learning to be a great therapist, or taking photos of nature. She looks forward to working with you!
