Meet The Specialists

David Alfaro, B.A, Clinical Administrative Assistant

David Alfaro earned his Bachelor of Arts in Psychology and Humanities from North Central College. His passion for supporting others is reflected in his diverse experiences, including mentoring first-generation college students at North Central College and working as a Domestic Violence Advocate, providing crisis support and community resources.

Before joining the practice, David also worked as a contract Field Investigator, where he conducted detailed background investigations and interviews for federal security clearance processes. This experience sharpened his communication, organization, and problem-solving skills—qualities that now serve him well in his administrative role.

As a Clinical Administrative Assistant, David supports the daily operations of the practice by ensuring that clinicians have the tools and information they need to provide effective care. He values a thoughtful, client-centered approach and is committed to helping create a supportive and efficient experience for every family.

Outside of work, David enjoys playing guitar, reading, and spending time with friends and family. He values teamwork, compassion, and integrity, and is excited to grow within the field of mental health services.
