Meet The Specialists
Dr. Peter Zammuto, a Post-Doctoral Fellow, received his Psy.D. in Clinical Psychology from Midwestern University with an emphasis in children and adolescents. He received his B.S. in Psychology with a minor in Human Development from Rockford University. He completed his pre-doctoral internship in Pediatric Health Psychology at Primary Care Psychology Associates.
Most of Dr. Zammuto’s clinical training has focused on the treatment and assessment of children with neurodevelopmental disorders, developmental delays, behavioral difficulties, and learning disorders. He has provided psychological services to children and families across various settings including inpatient psychiatric and medical facilities, university-affiliated outpatient clinics, and private practice. He utilizes an evidence-based and data-driven therapeutic approach including a range of Cognitive-Behavioral, Operant Learning, and Family Systems theories.
In his free time, he enjoys playing music, cooking, and spending time with family and friends.
